What do you think of offering a RM55.20nett Japanese Buffet to your surbodinates? (It is not from the b8ss's pocket, it is under company budget)
B8ss make such a big "huhah" every year during this period, because he wanna treat his team for a team dinner. With the budget of RM1000 for 17 staff and he wanna to show his generosity by allowing every staff to bring their partner. I think he is out of his mind.
After some "huhah" everyone agreed to settle with RM55.20nett Japanese Buffet, but b8ss seems not satisfy with it........ Asking me to get further discount and free wine........
He even checked personally with those colleagues who had been to that restaurant before, to ask for review of the food...... Beside this, asking me to get the full set of menu from the restaurant, luckily the restaurant has online menu for reference. Haha! How lucky am I.
A mere RM55.20nett for a "order to make" Japanese Buffet he is asking so much questions. I thought he is holding a wedding dinner for his mistress!
There will be another headache as the cost does not include wine or side order drinks, so if my colleague were to order extra drinks on that day, I will need to check on every tables and to make sure the drinks ordered and charged in the bill is tally! How embrassed i was when this happened in our previous dinner held two years ago in a Thai restaurant.
And the worst thing was, he alway asked me to pay for the bill! Hello! I am just a normal executive earning less than 2.5k a month and yet my b8ss is asking me to pay for the bill of the company annual dinner first and reimbursement later from the company. He is so selfish and stingy that he does not wish to pay first eventhough using his credit card! Celaka!
But I alway rejected him!
Must be garang and stand firm when you are working under such kind of b8ss.

Don't humilate yourself
Don't try to show your friendliness by simply saying some jokes...... you won't get credit from that stupid "act". You are humiliating yourself......and the worst part is you hurt someone badly!
You idiot bastard! b8ss
Scenario:
One of our vendor paid a visit to me at the office today, coincidently my b8ss answered the door. After some greeting, the vendor told him she just made a courtesy visit and she wished to pass me a table calendar and she was wondering whether I was free or not........
The idiot bastard said" No worry, she is always free!" Indirectly telling my vendor I alway got nothing to do in the office. He thought he was jokingly to be friendly to the vendor, but from the face expression of the vendor, she felt sorry for me and a bit shock for what my b8ss had just said........
Haha....... b8ss is humilating himself by acting stupidly!

No Appreciation
When your superior does not appreciate what you have done for the company, I think it is the right time you should start looking for a new job.
After serving the company for 3 years plus, handling everything from cleaning lady, tea lady, receiptionist, operator, clerical admin, HR executive to personal assistant, and yet your boss is treating you as the "least important person" in the company, and always teasing you infront of your colleagues and suppliers by announcing to them you are always "free" of nothing to do........
So how do you feel? Really hurt right?
My 2008 new year's resolution is..........
You should know the answer!
